Jordan Czamanski is a composer and producer working in film and electronic music. Based in Toronto, he draws on nearly three decades of recording and performing internationally.

 

Under his own name and as Jordan GCZ, he has built an extensive catalogue of solo work, alongside recordings and live work with Juju & Jordash and Magic Mountain High.

Improvisation has been central to Czamanski’s music throughout his career, shaping an intuitive approach to composition in which sound, texture and spontaneous ideas can influence the structure of a piece. His collaborative work includes albums with electronic music pioneers David Moufang (AKA Move D), Terrence Dixon and Jonah Sharp (AKA Spacetime Continuum).
